Meet Julie Crotty

JULIE CROTTY lives in New Jersey with her wife, two daughters, and goldendoodle. She is an executive coach and facilitator and has a prior background in mediation. Juile is grateful and honored to be in this year’s cast of Listen to Your Mother with all of the other amazing cast members. 

As her daughters are more independent, Julie has enjoyed a reemergence of her creative pursuits, which are all informed by the other aspects of her life. She is a writer and actor who has written and performed sketch comedy and stand up as well as improv, including with a group from Second City in NYC. Julie has written, directed and acted in award winning comedic shorts, written a comedic screenplay and performed in industrials.  

Julie has also played a lot of sports throughout her life, primarily basketball, in college and semi-pro in Ireland and New Zealand, as well as dabbling in full contact football as an adult beyond a reasonable age for such explorations.
